The clear instruction is aimed at beginning level, with exercises for all major muscle groups. This is an instructional guide rather than a workout--if you want to use it as a workout, pause the DVD to complete your reps before going on to the next exercise. You'll need dumbbells, a barbell, and an adjustable weight bench with leg curl and leg extension (all the items in the Body by Jake equipment set).
